About My Role and the Mission
Professional Overview
My name is **VINOD L. SONAVNE**, and I currently serve as a **Co-operative Education Officer/Co-operative Development Officer** within the prestigious **Maharashtra RAJYA SAHAKARI SANGH LIMITED Pune**. I have been actively involved in this crucial work for the last **20 years**, contributing directly to the growth and professionalism of the co-operative sector across the state.
The Organization: Maharashtra RAJYA SAHAKARI SANGH LIMITED
The Sangha was established on **July 13, 1918**, a date inspired by the principles of **Mahatma Gandhi**, the Father of the Nation of India. Our fundamental objective is to **provide comprehensive training** to the members, office bearers, and directors of every co-operative society.
This training ensures strong governance and operational efficiency across various society types, including: **APNA BAZAR, SAHAKAR BAZAR, CO-OP CREDIT SOCIETY, EMPLOYEES CO-OP CREDIT SOCIETY, LABOUR SOCIETY, SERVICES SOCIETY, CONSUMER SOCIETY, and CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY**. We cover all societies where the word "co-operation" is integral to their name and mission.
Training Scope and Impact
The training work is managed and executed by the Maharashtra RAJYA SAHAKARI SANGH LIMITED Pune, with activities spanning **all over Maharashtra and Mumbai**. After successfully completing the required modules, a formal **certificate is distributed to the trainee**.
The completion of this training is critical: a photocopy of the certificate is then submitted to the office of the Assistant Registrar/Deputy Registrar of the department. This submission is instrumental in helping the co-operative society secure favorable **audit remarks for grading**, thereby enhancing their operational reputation and stability.
